Hehehe... my first time 'making' a camera. Not very neat, I know
The fondant was too dry to knead so there were cracks here and there. Also the cake has chocolate ganache for filling so I couldn't cut it much to resemble the actual shape. If only it was a fruit cake or a simple madeira cake...
Thanked God the customer was happy with the final result
aw the whole thing? yes that is a cake, but a separate part . the body and the lens are two cakes of the same kind (with that gooey filling ) i fully covered the lens: both the front and the back sides with fondant, covered the side then add the details for the front side. after covering the body part, i sticked the two together with water-fondant mixture. since the back of the lens is also covered with fondant so there wasn't any leaking problem lastly (and the most fun part) was making the back panel insturments .

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
